Charlotte Israel resigned her position as 2nd Vice President at Chase Manhattan in July, 1999 to pursue engaging in full-time ministry. Her previous experience as a trainer, course development manager, professional mentor and department manager were invaluable in her founding and developing the outreach ministry, Covenant Care Ministries, Inc., and CEI Enterprises, LLC. Her success as a manager at Chase has been documented in Jon R. Katzenbach's ,"Why Pride Matters More Than Money."
Charlotte’s health challenges- weight management and pre-diabetes- prompted her to begin to search for solutions in the natural health and wellness arena. After losing over 70 pounds and reversing several health challenges, she became a Certified Weight Management Coach through the Transitions Lifestyle System and completed the course requirements from the Nutrametrix Educational Institute to become a Certified Nutraceutical Consultant. She is also a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer/ Senior Fitness Instructor through the International Fitness Association. She is also a Lifestyle and Weight Management Specialist as well as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach through the National Exercise and Sport’s Trainers Association. In December 2012 Charlotte successfully completed and received a Certificate of Completion in Complementary and Alternative Medicine program and is anticipating on pursuing other holistic and integrative therapies to enhance her skills and meet the needs of her growing clientele.
Charlotte currently assists and teaches health professionals how to implement alternative, integrative and complementary health and wellness regimens into their practices. She also works with fitness professionals to provide them with a comprehensive weight management and nutraceutical regimen to optimize their client’s ability to achieve their wellness goals. In 2011, Charlotte's grant writing abilities contributed to Christ Temple All Cultures Ministries in Macon, Georgia being awarded a grant from the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer prevention based upon vitamin D deficiency and obesity. In January, 2010, AOL's "That's Fit" featured Charlotte's weight loss success story on their website.

Kimberly graduated with an honors degree in Bachelor of Business Administration concentrating in Economics from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, the City University of New York.
Ms. Matthews brings a wealth of experience to Fattieslikeme by transitioning skills acquired via 15 years engaging in the financial services sector. She has held various roles within the foreign operations, sales & trading and compliance functions including being the Chief Compliance Officer of a boutique investment bank.
Dorian Matthews, MBA
Accountant and Consultant
Dorian received her Master’s degree from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. Her diverse areas of accounting and consulting experience provides us the capability of advising clients on maximizing business opportunities. Her past experience also includes conducting in-house Continuing Professional Education training and holding business seminars for clients. Additionally, she customized entrepreneurial seminars for business owners to assist in improving their business management and accounting skills.
Tara Caruana, RN, BSN, CES
Clinical Outcome Specialist
Tara received her BS in Nursing from University of Rochester, Rochester, NY. After working in various hospital settings, and a life changing automobile accident she decided to use her knowledge of healthcare through a more preventative approach. Teaching group exercise classes and personal training for many years, she has been able to touch the lives of many in our community. As a Clinical Exercise Specialist, Tara has worked to develop and implement programs for individuals following treatment or rehabilitation for chronic disease, injury and/or disability. Her credentials include:
